Check the error condition for the SQ (LC/MS)

Examine the values in the SQ tab of the Instrument Status window to find out the Error Text.

1. If necessary, click Instrument Status.

   

2. In the Instrument Status window, click the SQ tab.

3. Scroll in the SQ tab until you see the values for Error Text.

Move your cursor over the red "Error" bar in the device image, and the error text will be displayed in a tooltip.

• Error Messages (6120 and 6130 LC/MS, 6125 LC/MSD, and 6135 LC/MSD XT)

• Error messages (LC/MSD iQ, Pro iQ, and Pro iQ Plus)
