Probable Causes

• Lens 2 RF of Octopole PCA not dipped

• Shortage in manifold

• Bad main board

• Bad lens cable

Suggested Actions

• If you have removed or cleaned the octopole assembly, verify that all cables are connected correctly.

• If this error continues to occur, copy this error on the screen and contact Agilent for more help.
