For an oligo analysis, the software must know which ions and adducts you expect. You provide this information as CSV file that you upload to your oligo project or result set.
Prepare a CSV file as follows:
Use comma (,) as a CSV delimiter
Use point (.) as decimal separator
Provide the following values for each ion:
m/z (numerical value)
Name (string value)
Type (Ion or Adduct)
Category (string value), for example, use Abasic, n-1, or n+1
The category is used to group results in the report.
Ensure that the ion list includes the sodium adduct of the full-length product ( m/z of FLP + 5.5) and the phosphate diester of the full-length product (m/z of FLP - 4). If these ions are missing, errors are shown on loading the ion list.
Optional: Degradation product (boolean value).
If the ion list includes the Degradation product value, add TRUE or FALSE for all entries of type Ion. Empty values will be treated as FALSE.
For type Adduct, the information is not relevant and will be ignored.
