Filtering

If you enter a value into one of these fields, the Audit Trail table will automatically be filtered as you type. The value you enter can be contained anywhere in the associated audit trail entry - at the beginning, at the end, or in the middle of the string. The filter is not case-sensitive.

Reset

Clear all filters and set the time range back to default.

Audit Trail

Here, you see a list of all template modifications up to the time when the template has last been saved. The list includes the following information:

  • User Name: Full name (if available) and user ID of the user who modified the template. The information is provided by the authentication system.

  • Date: Date and time when the template version was saved.

  • Description: Details of the modification.

  • Version: Each time you save the template, the template version increases by one.

    Starting with revision 2.7 of OpenLab CDS, version numbers are stored with one decimal place (for example, 1.0). In older revisions, no decimal place was used (for example, 1).

  • Reviewed: Not used for report template audit trails.

  • Reason: Not used for report template audit trails.

  • Category: Always Template for the report template audit trail.
