E-Signatures

With the Sequences > E-Signatures snippet, you add a table with the signature information for each individual injection in the current sequence. The signature information may include multiple signature levels (see Set signature levels).

Reduce number of signatures shown in a report

When creating a sequence summary report, you may want to show the signature information only once for the entire result set. For example, you may want the information above to look like this:

To reduce the signature information, proceed as follows:

1. Create a sequence summary template.

2. Add the snippet Samples > E-Signatures Per Injection.

3. Select the composite group. To show only the signature information of the first injection, adjust the group properties as follows:

   • Grouping: Repeat group on Sample_AcquisitionOrderNo

   • Filtering: Sample_AcquisitionOrderNo = =1

4. Adjust the column widths. To hide the Sample_Name_Data_File_Name column, reduce its width to a minimum. (see Adjust the column widths).

5. Adjust the heading in the text field.
