Report manually extracted peak spectra if available

By default, the spectra plot snippets show only the automatically extracted spectra. To report peak spectra that you extracted manually in the Data Processing view, choose the settings as follows.

• For each peak, show both automatically and manually extracted spectra:

  

• For each peak, if there is a manually extracted spectrum, show only this one exclusively:

  

  Note that, if there is no manually extracted spectrum, this setting will still show the apex spectrum!
