Print a report from the preview

Preparations

• To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privileges Data > Save reports to disk and Data Processing > Print results reports . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• In the Reporting view, the generated report is shown in the Report Preview window.

1. Select the relevant data either by clicking the names so that they are highlighted, or by clicking the pins.

2. In the ribbon, click Refresh Preview to make sure the report shows the current data.

3. Click Print to printer in the Report Preview toolbar.

   The standard Windows Print dialog opens.
