In the processing method, you can choose to save the generated reports as files or to send them directly to a printer. With this procedure you select the relevant printer.
In the ribbon, select the File ribbon tab.
On the Print page, select a printer from the list of all printers that are installed on your system. If you do not select a printer, the default printer as configured in your Windows Control Panel is used.

If you run Data Analysis on a client in a Client/Server system, it may not be possible to print to a redirected printer even though the printer is listed. In this case, an error message is displayed that the printer could not be found. |
