Create a result set summary report manually in Data Analysis

You can create result set summary reports that are named automatically and stored in the result set folder.

Preparations

• To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Data Processing > Print results reports . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• The result set must not be "signed and locked". The Save result set summary report command is disabled for result sets that are both signed and locked at the same time.

1. Make sure the relevant result set is loaded, and all results are saved.

2. Select the signals that you want to report.

   1. In the File ribbon tab, select the Options page.
   2. If you want to report only selected signals, select the Report only selected signals check box.
   3. In the navigation pane of the Data Processing view, select the relevant signals.

3. Select the Reporting view.

4. Load a report template, for example, SequenceSummary_Short.rdl.

5. Select or pin the relevant injections.

   You can only create a sequence summary report for injections in a single result set. With injections of multiple result sets, the option will be disabled.

6. In the Home ribbon tab, select the Preview layout.

7. In the Home ribbon tab, open the submenu of the Save as PDF button, then select Save result set summary report.

   The report is generated in the background. It is saved to the result set folder as ResultSetSummary-[Date] [Time].pdf.

   The report includes all selected or pinned injections.
