Troubleshooting CSV file upload

Sample Scheduler 2.9 allows users to create sequences easily by uploading files from their local system through the web UI. To ensure smooth functionality, storage permissions must be enabled in the browser settings. When prompted by a pop-up to allow access on any device, allow it. If access is not allowed or is prevented by an administrator, follow the steps outlined below.

Safari on macOS

  1. Open Safari.

  2. In the top menu, select Safari  > Preferences.

  3. Go to the Privacy tab.

  4. Ensure that the Prevent cross-site tracking check box is deselected.

  5. Close the Preferences window.

Safari on iOS

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Scroll down and select Safari.

  3. Ensure that the Prevent cross-site tracking check box is deselected.

  4. Close the Settings app.

Chrome on macOS

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

  3. Go to Privacy and security.

  4. Select Site settings.

  5. Under Permissions, click Files and folders.

  6. Enable the required permissions.

Chrome on iOS

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Tap the menu and select Settings.

  3. Go to Content Settings.

  4. Tap Files and folders.

  5. Enable the required permissions.

Chrome on Android

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Apps.

  3. Select Chrome.

  4. Under Permissions, enable Storage.

Chrome on Windows

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

  3. Go to Privacy and security.

  4. Select Site settings.

  5. Under Permissions, click Files and folders.

  6. Enable the required permissions.

Edge on macOS

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

  3. Go to Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Select Site permissions.

  5. Under Permissions, click Files and folders.

  6. Enable the required permissions.

Edge on iOS

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Edge.

  3. Under Permissions, enable Files and folders.

Edge on Android

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Select Apps.

  3. Select Edge.

  4. Under Permissions, enable Storage.

Edge on Windows

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Settings.

  3. Go to Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Select Site Permissions.

  5. Under Permissions, click Files and folders.

  6. Enable the required permissions.
