Description:	Returns the list of all ²D peaks from the cut chromatograms of current scope.
Syntax:	All2ndDimPeaks as a list
Example:	Count(CurrentInjection.All2ndDimPeaks) returns the number of second-dimension peaks within the current injection.
Returned scope:	List of peaks
