The Enable Analysis section of the Control dialog box is available when you have a thermostated fraction collector with a thermostat element connected. It indicates the temperature conditions under which an analysis will be made.
With Any Temp | Specifies that the analysis can be started irrespective of the temperature of the sample. |
When temperature is within +/- 1°C | Specifies that the analysis can be started only when the temperature of the collection tray is within 1°C of the specified value. |
The Enable Analysis section is disabled when Not controlled is selected in the Temperature section. |
