Bad HED power supply
Bad cable
Shortage to ground in manifold
Suggested Actions
Check the vacuum.
Turn the HED off from the Detector tab in the Tune > Manual Tune Section (LC/MS).
Check for leak.
If this error continues to occur, copy this error on the screen and contact Agilent for more help.
