1.23 Vacuum system is not ready. This is typical during a pump down cycle or when the high vacuum pump is turned off during a vent cycle or fault condition.

Probable Causes

• Instrument is still pumping down and has not reach over 95% turbo power

• Leak in vacuum system

• Any error resulting in the shut down of the turbo pump

Suggested Actions

• If any work has been done inside the manifold or if preventative maintenance has been done, then the vacuum system may not be ready yet.

• Wait for the system to complete pumpdown and for turbo power to be above 95%.

• Find and fix the leak.

• Remove error that caused vacuum to vent or fault.

• If this error continues to occur, copy this error on the screen and contact Agilent for more help.
