Update search parameters in the method

The application allows you to update the processing method with your currently used library search parameters.

Preparations

• You need the privilege Processing Method > Edit UV library search parameters . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• Your data is linked to a 3D UV Quantitative, MS, or LC/MS Sample Purity method.

• If the project enforces method approval, the method status must be Generic. For details, see Method approval.

1. In the UV Library Search Results window, click the double arrow to show the Search parameters pane.

2. In the Search parameters panel, click Update Method, and confirm.

   The UV library search parameters from the Search parameters pane are copied to the method linked to the focused injection.
