Migrate 2D-LC methods from previous revisions

The 2D-LC software allows to work with 2D-LC processing methods that you created in previous revisions. The methods are automatically migrated to revision 1.2 (used with OpenLab CDS revision 2.8).

Method modifications when migrating to revision 1.2:

  • Add all modifications required for previous revisions.

  • Enable using 2D compounds as RRT reference compounds in the node Compounds > Identification .

  • Add cut subtraction options. In the method under General > Signals , rename the tab Blank Subtraction ²D to Blank/Cut Subtraction ²D.

Method modifications when migrating to revision 1.1:

  • Add the tab General > Signals > Blank Subtraction ²D .

  • Add the node Compounds > Spectra ²D .

  • Add the node Tools > Custom Calculation .

  • In the System Suitability > Properties node, add a noise range specifically for the ²D signals. If the noise range was used in a processing method from revision 1.0, then the noise range for ²D signals is automatically updated with the same range noise values.
