Merge 2D peaks in the same cut

You can merge ²D peaks in the same cut if the ²D peaks are located next to each other and share the same baseline in the cut chromatogram.

1. Move the mouse over the border between the two adjacent peaks. Right-click the double-headed arrow, and select Merge peaks from the context menu.

   

   The data is automatically reprocessed.

2. To undo the merging, click Undo manual integration step in the toolbar of the Contour Plot 2D window.
