The 2D-LC Add-on includes specific report templates to show 2D-LC data. After installing the add-on and importing the default templates, you find the following 2D-LC specific templates in your Report templates folder:
2DLC_Sequence_Calibration_Report.rdl
This template includes an overview, contour plots and calibration curves for each 2D compound.
2DLC_Sequence_Summary_Report.rdl
This template includes a sequence overview and information on each injection (sample information, sampling table, overlaid UV cut chromatograms, separated MS cut chromatograms).
2DLC_Single_Injection_Compounds_Report.rdl
This template shows details on single injections. It includes the following:

Hidden table with expressions to map the ²D peaks to the 2D compounds.
The functions used in these expressions are provided by a custom assembly that is available in this template. The corresponding library file is provided by the 2D-LC Add-on.
Chromatograms ¹D for all ¹D signals,
including cut annotations and ²D compound labels (attached to the ¹D peaks).
Contour Plot 2D for all 2D signals,
including cut annotations, compound regions, and compound labels.
Compound tables,
including peak details and results for all 1D and 2D compounds (identified and not identified).
Compound details for 1D compounds,
including compound info, peak details, and 1D chromatograms.
Compound details for 2D compounds,
including compound info, peak details on the 2D peak, peak details on the ²D peaks, contour plot, and cut chromatograms.
