Append

Resets the baseline to the previous baseline position.

Free

Makes no adjustment to the baseline; you may see a shift in baseline position.

Zero

Resets the baseline to the baseline position at the start of the run. Note that this may not be 0 LU (Luminescence Units), depending on the analysis conditions.
