The Response Multiply Factor allows you to multiply the original value of the FLD signal (fluorescence, phosphorescence or chemiluminescence) by a factor in order to align it with another FLD with a different response. You can type a multiplication factor directly into the field, or use the up and down arrows to select a value.
You can set the Response Multiply Factor to values between 0.01 and 100; however, it is recommended that you use values close to 1.00 (for example, between 0.25 and 4.00), and avoid using values smaller than 0.1 or larger than 10.00. The default value is 1.00.
