The Plumbing section of the Column Assignment dialog box contains a table where you can specify the plumbing assignment for each valve position.
The table has two columns:

Valve Position |
The number of lines in the table corresponds to the number of valve positions, which is determined by the installed valve. |

Location |
The location in the Multicolumn Thermostat to which the valve position is plumbed. This can be a column, a connection to Waste, or a connection to Bypass. Columns can be either half-length or full-length (full-length columns take up two positions in the Multicolumn Thermostat). Click the down-arrow and select the location from the drop-down list. You can choose from: Left 1 .. Left 4 (left side positions for half-length columns) Right 1 .. Right 4 (right side positions for half-length columns) Full Length 1 .. 4 Waste (represented by a waste bin in the Visualization) Bypass (represented by a separate icon in the Visualization) None (no connection) |
When you select a line in the table, the corresponding line is highlighted in the Column Tag Information table.
