For a fraction collector cluster (FCC), click the down-arrow and select to purge either a single fraction collector or all fraction collectors in the cluster.

NOTE
The purge procedure requires that your pump delivers a flow. Ensure that your pump is switched on and that a flow is specified before starting the purge procedure.
The purge starts as soon as you leave the dialog box with OK.
