Run a single sample or sequence

1. Click Single Sample or Sequence in the ribbon.

2. Enter the required data to start a sample or a sequence.

   • Under Volume, enter a number larger than zero. The exact number does not influence the results.

   • Under Injection source, select No Injection/Instrument Blank or Standard. Both injection sources generate the same results.

     Do not use the injection source External, as the system will wait for a trigger that does not occur with a virtual instrument.
