Prepare the Result Set

Prerequisites

To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the following privileges. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

  • Project Management > Edit content of project

  • Data > Edit sample information

  • Data Processing > Reprocess data

  1. In Data Analysis, load the result set with your acquired oligo data.

  2. Reprocess all results.

  3. In the Injection List window, navigate to the calibration standards.

  4. Set Run type to Clear all calibration for the first calibration injection.

For each calibration standard, edit the compound amounts in the lower part of the window. Set the following values for the FLP compound:

    • Under Amount in sample, add the concentration of your reference standard in mg/ml. Ignore the µg unit that is automatically shown.

    • Under Multiplier 1, add the Reference UV Purity divided by 100.

    • Under Multiplier 2, enter the same value as in the Injection volume column in the injection list.

The corrected amount is calculated automatically as Amount in sample * Multiplier 1 * Multiplier 2. Check that the values are provided in such units that the corrected amount is expressed correctly in µg.

Note that these parameters cannot be changed in the OAA project settings or oligo analysis Initial Setup step.

  5. In the Injection List window, check and complete the following values for samples.

    • In the Label column, confirm correct usage of labels

S1 and H1 for the first sample standard and harsh

S2 and H2 for the second sample standard and harsh

      etc.

    • Confirm that the Sample amount contains the correct amount that was used for the sample preparation (weight in mg in case of DP gravimetric or DS assay, or volume in mL in case of DP volumetric assay).

    • Confirm that the Sample prep. volume contains the final volume of the prepared sample in mL.

    • Confirm that the Lot number column contains the correct number.

    • Confirm that the Assay low limit and Assay high limit columns contain the correct values corresponding to your sample formulations.

    • Confirm that the Moisture reult #1 (%) and Moisture reult #2 (%) columns contain the correct values.

    • Confirm that the Label claim column contains the correct values.

Note that these parameters cannot be changed in the Oligo Analysis Accelerator (OAA) web interface.
