Create report

Prerequisites

To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the following privileges. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• Project Management > Edit content of project

• Data Processing > Print results reports

1. In Data Analysis, load the result set with your acquired oligo data.

2. Select the Reporting view.

3. Load the report template for oligo analysis results.

4. Select the entire result set.

5. Select the Preview layout, and refresh the preview.

6. Open the submenu of the Save as PDF button, then select Save result set summary report.

The report is generated in the background. It is saved to the result set folder.
