Create a sequence by grouping a set of analyses

  1. Select the Waiting/Incomplete analyses to group (with the same Project, Instrument, Injection source, and LIMS connection) in the Analysis Table.

  2. Cick Sequence/Create.

    3. A sequence line appears in the Analysis Table. Only the parameters that are common to all the analyses belonging to the sequence are displayed (Sequence name, Project, Instrument, Injection source, LIMS connection, State, Result, Priority, User, Last modified by, Last modification date). The line is marked with an S in front of the Analysis Table row.

    If some of the selected analyses have no Project, Instrument, or Injection source, once grouped into the sequence, they are assigned the value of the other 'complete' analyses.

When selecting a sequence in the Analysis table, its content is displayed below, in the Sequence Table.
