Display extended annotation: show or hide additional info in the spectrum legend.
Profile and centroid spectra are annotated differently:
Profile: peak area, m/z, FWHM, peak height, resolution, and time (nSec)
Centroid: m/z and peak height
Display peak annotation: show or hide peak annotations in the spectrum (m/z values in MS spectra).
Peak annotations:
Automatic peak selection: let the system choose which peaks to annotate.
Highest peaks: always annotate the n highest peaks. Choose n in the drop-down list.
X-axis unit:
m/z (default): use m/z value on x-axis.
Time (nSec): use Time (nSec) on x-axis.
