Start a Delay Calibration run

The Delay Calibration is available if you have an LC fraction collector module configured. To access the Delay Calibration:

1. Click the Delay Calibration tab in Acquisition.

2. Click Start Delay Calibration.

A wizard opens that guides you along the calibration process.

Specify the acquisition method and vial position for the Calibration run. The method must be as close as possible to the method you will use to collect the fraction when analyzing samples (flow, solvent composition, etc).

A single run is submitted. When the run is completed, you are prompted to evaluate the calibration data.
