Cancel an Upload Request

Upload requests can be cancelled when they are in the Pending or Error state.

In the event of an upload error, all uploads are suspended until the error is resolved or the request is cancelled.

Windows administrator credentials for the computer where the upload request was made are required to cancel an upload request.

  1. Select the upload request you want to delete in the Upload Requests table and click Cancel.
  2. In the Windows Security dialog box, enter the User name and Password of the Windows administrator for this computer.
  3. Click OK. The Cancel Upload Request dialog box opens.
Save the files of your upload request before cancelling the request. Cancelled upload requests are by default saved to a user’s Documents folder, for example, C:\Users\Administrator\Documents. You may choose another destination by navigating to the location.
  4. Click OK. In the File Upload Queue, the State of the request changes to Cancelled. Once the request is cancelled, it is removed from the Upload Requests table.
