Upload Request Error

An upload error is indicated in the File Upload Queue and the taskbar.

In the event of an error:

• An error notification is displayed in the taskbar for 10 seconds every 15 minutes until the error is resolved.

• The File Upload Queue taskbar icon turns red.

• In the Upload Requests table, the upload request State indicates Error and error details display in the Error Message column.

• The system automatically retries to process the request in error.

• All uploads are suspended.

To resolve an upload request error:

1. Select the upload in error and click Details....
2. Read the text in the Error Message field to learn the cause of the upload error.

3. Make the necessary adjustments to allow the system to process the request,
   or Cancel the Upload Request.

4. Click Refresh in to see the current Upload Requests in the table.
