RT	Retention time of the qualifier ion (peak in the EIC or SIM signal) Editable while in the retention time window (target expected RT ± qualifier RT window)
m/z	Mass-to-charge ratio of the qualifier ion
Rsp (%)	Qualifier response ratio (required response ratio of qualifier and target ion). This value is calculated by the application when adding or updating MS compounds in the processing method compound table. It may serve as a reference when you develop the method. You can change it as appropriate.
Signal	Signal name of the qualifier ion
Extraction window (min)	SIM/EIC expected extraction window, based on retention time window settings in Processing method: Extraction: Chromatogram (MS tab)
Rsp window (%)	Maximum response range within which you expect the qualifier ion response. The response window can be relative or absolute, see Qualifier response window type in the Qualifier Setup tab.
