Adjust MS spectrum threshold

Adjust the threshold to define the m/z values that are visible on an MS Spectrum.

  1. Right-click in the MS Spectrum window, and select Adjust peak threshold from the context menu.

  2. Drag the dashed line to the required position.

    3. Peaks below the threshold line are no longer labeled.
