Adjust MS spectrum threshold

Adjust the threshold to define the m/z values that are labeled in an MS Spectrum.

NOTE

The acquired data remains unchanged. This threshold is not related to threshold settings in the acquisition method or in reporting.

1. Right-click in the MS Spectrum window, and select Adjust peak threshold from the context menu.

2. Drag the dashed line to the required position.

   

   Ions below the threshold line are no longer labeled.
