Lock or unlock the Data Analysis session

  1. To lock the session, press [Ctrl]+[L].

  2. or Select the File ribbon tab, and click Lock.

  3. To unlock the session, log in with your own user name and password. Alternatively, any user with the privilege to unlock a locked user interface can log in. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

  4. If a different user unlocks a locked user interface, any data or methods that are still open will be closed. A warning is shown if there are unsaved items.

Unsaved report templates from the first user will remain open.
