The OpenLab user interface automatically adapts to various settings. As a result, only specific windows, window sections and functions may be visible or available.
The following settings influence the appearance of OpenLab:
Project settings in the Control Panel
Your user privileges in OpenLab
Type of the loaded data (e.g. MS data)
Type of processing method (e.g. GC/LC Quantitative)
Working mode (review mode while acquisition is still running)
If you started Data Analysis from Acquisition while a sample or sequence is still running, it is opened in Review mode. You can review all data that you already acquired, but certain functions are hidden. For example, you cannot load different data.
If you start Data Analysis after the sequence run has been finished, it is opened in full working mode. All functions are available based on your privileges configured in the Control Panel.
