From Acquisition, you can open part of a running sequence in Data Analysis. If you store the results in a result set, click Review Completed Injections in the Sequence window. In Data Analysis, you can process and report the already acquired injections.
The following only applies if you store your results as a single result set, or for dual sequences, as two result sets. If you store the results as separate single injections, you can load the individual injection results as they appear in the refreshed Data Selection view in Data Analysis. |
During the review of a partial sequence:
Data Analysis is restricted to the already acquired injections. You cannot browse other project data (see Review mode).
The acquisition of the current sequence continues. When the acquisition has finished, the status in the Run Queue will be in Review until you close the data. For dual sequences saved as two result sets, close both result sets.
The injections that end after you started the review are not processed immediately. They will be processed as soon as you finish the review and close the data. For dual sequences saved as two result sets, close both result sets.
You can reprocess the partial sequence with a given processing method, edit the method, create reports, or link the injections to another method and reprocess.
Any saved results, methods, or templates are stored in the secure storage. If you reprocess and save the partial sequence, the result set will later be available as version DA-xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx.
After finishing the partial review and closing the data:
If relevant, Acquisition initiates the automated processing of the entire sequence. These results are available as version Acq-xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx.
If you changed the processing method and saved it, this saved method will be used for the processing of the entire sequence. However, reference chromatograms displayed in the Online Signals window cannot be changed during sequence acquisition.
If you changed a report template and saved it, the saved template will be used to report the data.
Acquisition continues with the next items in the run queue.
