Prerequisites
To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privileges Project Management > Edit content of project and Processing Method > Save result set method. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
You may be asked to reprocess the results before saving. Saving results if the method, injection list, and results are inconsistent must explicitly be permitted in the project settings in the Control Panel (check box Allow printing of unsaved processing methods and results, see Add a project). If it is not permitted, you can only save results with methods that have not changed after reprocessing (only methods that have been automatically updated during reprocessing, caused by calibration calculations or retention time updates, can still be saved). |
Inconsistent results are marked with
an exclamation mark

In the Processing ribbon tab, click Save All Results.
The results and all linked processing methods are saved for all modified result sets or single samples that are currently listed in the injection tree.
In the Processing ribbon tab, click Save Selected Results.
The results and linked processing methods are saved for the currently selected result set or single sample.
Result sets are always saved as a whole. You cannot save the results for a single injection that is part of a result set. |
A new version is created for each saved result set and for each saved processing method. Saving the data includes saving the manual integration events for each individual injection.
