Show instrument traces

1. In the navigation pane, expand the Instrument Traces area.

2. Select the instrument traces that you want to show.

   The corresponding instrument traces are shown in the Chromatograms window.

3. Optional: To show the instrument traces in an overlaid graph, choose the Overlaid display mode, and select the Relative full scale option in the Chromatograms toolbar.

If you installed the 2D-LC Add-on, you can also show instrument traces of the 2nd dimension. See 2D-LC help for details.
