The UV purity value that is displayed in the Injection results table is an overall indicator of the spectra similarity compared to the peak apex spectrum. This factor is an average of the match factors across the peak. It is not used to color the result!
The entire peak is considered pure, with the result colored green, if all single spectra are considered pure. As soon as one single spectrum is impure, the entire peak is considered impure, and the UV purity value is colored red in the injection results.
So there may be scenarios where a UV purity value is 999 but is still colored red.
