Adapt the threshold exceptions

Threshold exceptions determine how many data points in a row are allowed below the threshold line. The default number is 0.

For example, a peak has only one data point in the red area below the threshold line, which causes the peak to be flagged as impure.

To ignore single data points below the threshold, enter 1 under Threshold exceptions. The peak is then flagged as pure, and the area below the threshold line is shown white instead of red.
