View an MS tune report

MS tune reports provide a way to check the instrument tuning status post data acquisition. The tune report is created by the MS instrument driver.

1. Load the MS data.

2. In the injection tree of the Data Processing view, locate the relevant injection.

You can only view the MS tune report of one single injection at a time.

3. Right-click the injection, then select View tune report...



If a valid PDF is available, it opens in the PDF viewer.
