This window shows all available information on the data acquisition method of the focused injection. The information, for example oven temperature or flow rate, is read from the method that you defined in Acquisition.
This window shows all available information on the sample preparation method of the focused injection. The information, for example on mixing or heating samples, is read from the sample preparation method that you defined in Acquisition.
This tab shows all available column parameters for the focused injection. The Column parameters, for example length or diameter, are entered in the acquisition software or provided by a column tag reader. You cannot overwrite them. If you want to use different parameters, see Override column parameters.
The ID under which a column is listed is defined by the product number and serial number (LC columns), or by the GC instrument (GC columns).
If you use an LC column that does not yet support column tags, the parameters on this page may be outdated or incomplete. To be able to report the correct values anyway, the application allows you to override all parameters in the processing method under System Suitability > Column. Overriden parameters are shown in Overridden column parameters tab.
The void time and column length used to calculate the column performance are configured separately, see Check the column performance. |
This tab shows all available column parameters for the focused injection which have been set up in the System Suitability > Column section of processing method and have been used for a reprocessing.
