The MS Peak Table window lists all ions from the selected MS spectrum. By default, they are sorted by decreasing abundance.
The MS Peak Table window is visible only in the Chromatograms layout. |
Right-click the header cells of the MS peak table, then select Peak Filters....
In the Peak Filters dialog, enter the filter criteria:
Absolute height: Lists only MS peaks with an abundance same as or higher than the given value.
Relative height: Lists only MS peaks with a relative abundance (%) same as or higher than the given value.
Limit (by height) to the largest: Lists only the "n" highest MS peaks.
The peak filter is a user setting. It is therefore applied to all MS spectra you are viewing, even if you close the application and open it again.
The context menu of the MS Peak Table window offers the possibility to export the table. You can copy the table content to the Clipboard or save it as a file. You can choose between the following file formats:
Comma separated value (*.CSV)
Excel worksheet (*.XLS)
Word document (*.DOC)
PDF file (*.PDF)
