In the Method Editor, select Timed Events.
Click Add a row at the end
of the table. You can also select Insert a row above selected row
or Delete selected
rows
from this table.
In the Start time box, enter the time in minutes after the run starts when the event is to be triggered.
In the Type
box, select an event from the list.
The EM mode that is specified in the Detector Setting
group in the Method Acquisition controls
which EM mode timed event will be shown here. For example, if Gain factor is set for the EM mode, Gain
factor will be a Timed Event option.
If the timed event requires a value parameter, enter it in the Value box. For example, enter a temperature setpoint when using the MS source temperature event.
To enter additional events, repeat the above steps.
