The Select Signal dialog box lists all the signals from the raw data file. The signal descriptions are provided by the host data system. Select the signal that you want to use for the Preview from the list.
If you are using more than one detector, and the signal you have selected is not from the first detector (on which all 2D-LC times are based), it is essential that you specify the shift (delay), as either time or volume, between the signal from the first detector and the selected signal. Click the down-arrow and select either Use Shift Time or Use Shift Volume and specify the value in the adjacent field (min or µL).
