You can set the percentage of solvent B to any value from 0 through 100 %. Solvent A always delivers the remaining volume: 100 - %B. The solvent B check box allows you to turn the solvent B channel on (marked) or off (cleared).

When the Use solvent types check box in the Compressibility section is marked, you click the down arrow and select a calibrated solvent from the drop-down list. For solvent mixtures, specify the percentage of the additive in the field at the left.
