Wash Settings (Preparative Sampler)

Click the down-arrow and select the Multi-wash option from the drop-down list:

During Run	Off No Multi-wash is performed. Multi-wash at Start of Post Run The Multi-wash is typically executed at the start of the post-run period in accordance with the parameters set up in Injection Path Cleaning. An additional wash step is carried out when Plug Settings 2 or 3 are used.
Between Runs (Analytical mode only)	Conditioning only The analytical loop is flushed but no Multi-wash is performed. When changing Operation Mode The Multi-wash is executed when the Operation Mode is switched from Preparative to Analytical. Repetitions Enter the number of times to carry out the wash in the field.
