Intended Pump Flow allows you to specify the pump flows that you expect during a run.
This information is used to calculate the expected Split ratio and Dilution factor and help you choose the appropriate Split Mode for your application.
Main Flow |
Enter the intended flow (in mL/min) of your main pump that delivers your main (preparative) flow. |
Makeup Flow |
Enter the intended flow of your makeup pump that delivers a reduced flow, for example as makeup flow to an MSD or auxiliary detector. |
