Flexible Cube Dashboard Panel

Module Panel

The items in the Flexible Cube graphic have the following meaning and function:

	The status of the pump. The tooltip shows information about the device occupying the pump (for example, the autosampler).
	The graphic and the tooltip show the status of the solvent selection valve (channel selections). If the Flexible Cube is being used by another device, the tooltip shows details (module type and serial number) of the occupying device.
	The graphic for each valve depends on the valve that is installed. The valve tooltip shows the valve type; the tag tooltip shows the information on the valve tag. The text below the valve graphic shows the current valve position.

Actuals

The following Flexible Cube actuals are displayed:

Left valve	The current position of the left valve.
Right valve	The current position of the right valve (if installed).
Pump	The current status of the pump: Off, On, or Locked (by another device).
Flow	The current flow rate.
Solvent A	The current selection of channel A of the solvent selection valve.
Solvent B	The current selection of channel B of the solvent selection valve.

Context Menu

The context menu contains the following commands:

Control	Displays the Flexible Cube's Control dialog box.
Method	Displays the Flexible Cube's Method Setup dialog box.
Error Method	Set Error Method Sets the error method to the method that is currently available in the hardware. The error methods are loaded automatically on all modules if an error occurs. Clear Error Method Removes the currently loaded error method.
Identify Device	Causes the LED on the front of the module to blink for a few seconds.
Switch pump on/off	Toggles the status of the pump, on or off.
Execute pump command	Displays the Execute pump command dialog box.
Left valve position cluster	Displays the Select partners for position cluster dialog box.
Right valve position cluster	Displays the Select partners for position cluster dialog box.
