1.19 Instrument cannot achieve proper rough pump vacuum in a fixed amount of time. Vent and power cycle is needed to clear condition.
Probable Causes
Big leak in the vacuum system
No oil in rough pump
Oil mist filter is full of oil
Bad rough pump
Suggested Actions
Check that rough pump is plugged in.
Check rough pump oil level and ballast.
Check for leaks (block the capillary with septa).
Check all vacuum clamps and hoses.
Check other vacuum seals such as the top plate.
Fill in oil in rough pump.
Change oil mist filter.
Change rough pump.
