The parameter Nebulizer sets the pressure of the nitrogen nebulizing gas. The pressure required depends on the LC flow rate. For LC flows around 100 µL/min range, 20 psi may be adequate. For flows around 1 mL/min, 60 psi is appropriate.

| The nebulizer pressure of 20 psi would be used when tuning with the calibrant delivery system. If you are using the MM-ES+APCI source, you should set the nebulizer pressure to 20 psi when tuning with the calibrant delivery system. |
